My journey with nutrition started with the first time I passed out at a grocery store due to low sugar levels after a workout at the young age of 18. To be honest, I had no clue about nutrition or working out. I thought you worked out and got fit, there is no need to go any further. That day changed my life forever, and my relationship with food began. Now, I cook from super healthy to super indulgent.

” You are what you eat”  keep that in mind!

I’m super excited to bring you guys some of my mom’s recipes that I grew up with and some I’ve learned along the way.

Although this is a food blog, I will also be sharing health and fitness hacks that I use to balance out my lasagna. For that reason, check out my 80-20 rule under key points, where I will share more tips on health.
